I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with beautifully decorated rooms and fabulous service. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town, but there were some dining drawbacks. The facilities overall were top-notch, making it a great value for the money.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with high ceilings, quality linens, and a spacious layout, featuring a wonderfully comfortable bed and a gorgeous bathroom. The service was excellent, with all staff being very helpful and polite, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location was superb, right in the heart of Old Town Chania, providing easy access to all the sights. The dining experience was spectacular, with delicious dishes made from high-quality local products. However, the room temperature was a bit too hot, and the a la carte dining format could be inconvenient at times.
The hotel is situated perfectly in the old town, offering beautiful rooms with amazing bath facilities and cloud-like beds. The service is exceptionally friendly, and the location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. The dining experience offers a wide selection of exquisite dishes, yet ordering separately may be inconvenient at times.
